I've never played mas before. This is my first time signing up. What is included?
Toronto Carnival is a competition style carnival. All the bands compete for various titles. Your costume with us includes access to the parade with Carnival Nationz, breakfast and lunch, snacks and unlimited beverages. We provide you with all the meet up details when you pick up your costume. Please wear comfortable shoes, stay hydrated and have fun!

When do I select my costume size?
Please click on register. There you will be able to view all costumes and optional upgrades including pricing. You will also be able to view pictures and the size chart. We suggest using a measuring tape to ensure accurate sizing.
Will you have a kids/youth costume section for Kiddies Carnival?
No.
When is costume pick up?
You will receive an email in mid July with the costume pick up dates. Mas Camp costume pick up for out of town customers ends July 29, 2022 at 6pm. If you will be arriving after 6pm, please select the delivery option at checkout. Pick up will be at the Carnival Nationz Mas Camp located at:

Will you have a costume delivery option?
Yes. You can add delivery to you costume order. Delivery is only available to hotels in Toronto. Delivery appointment will be confirmed in mid July. If you will be arriving after 6pm, please select the delivery option at checkout.
I can't make it anymore. Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of our business all sales are final. Orders will be processed according to customer sizes. No changes are permitted. No refunds (full or partial). No Store Credit. Balances must be paid in full according to payment schedule. Customers acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for any reason including but not limited to: sickness, illness, change of mind, Government border rules, acts of God, weather, etc... Customers must provide a valid Government photo Id and the credit card used for this purchase inorder to pick up your order at our location. Pick up date will be sent via email to the email address you provided.
