Where will this event take place?

Carnival takes place in Kingston, Jamaica. Our VIP Package includes Kingston, Ocho Rios & Negril.

Which airport do I fly into?

Kingston (KIN) or Montego Bay (MBJ).

VIP Carnival under Bacchanal Jamaica.

What is included?

Bacchanal’s ultra-all-inclusive package includes premium alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, lunch and dinner, security, on-site paramedics, mobile restroom, final fete & of course your costume.

When is costume distribution?

Distribution date will be April 2021. Distribution will take place at the Bacchanal Jamaica Mas Camp. Please pay balance and bring ID to collect costume. An email will be sent with final balance owing. At distribution you will also receive parade meeting time and location.

Where is the mas camp located?

National Stadium

Female: Body wear only, Frontline, Ultra Frontline

Monthly payment plans are available. Minimum deposit is $350 USD. The balance is divided into equal payments. Last payment is due August 15, 2020. Service fee of 5% of total balance will be applied.

Can I add ground transportation to my package?

Yes, you can add ground transportation to your package if not already included. Please note that transportation will only be provided between our partnered hotels & vicinity hotels and events. 

Can I upgrade my costume at a later date?

Costume upgrades are subject to availability.

Can I customize my costume?

Yes. If you would like to customize your costume the request must be made at the time of purchase. Examples: altered panty, custom backpack, etc... Please submit your request via email. We will let you know if your request can be granted and give you the steps to proceed. Deadline to submit request is June 30, 2020.

When do I select my costume size?

Please click on register. There you will be able to view all costumes and optional upgrades including pricing. You will also be able to view pictures and the size chart. We suggest using a measuring tape to ensure accurate sizing. If you have selected a package, we will email you to collect your size information.

What is the return policy?

There are no refunds or exchanges. If costume is not paid in full by August 15, 2020 then the costume will be deemed abandoned. To avoid this please speak to section leader to make arrangements.

What payment options are available?

Pay at Western Union, Mas Camp or Pay online.

Why should I pre-register?

We want you to have the best experience. Registration guarantees your placement and costume level. Costumes are available in limited quantities.

When is Band Launch?

Band launch takes place on November 2, 2019.

I am not from Jamaica. How do I get around?
