August 1, 2018. Please pay balance and bring ID to collect costume. An email will be sent with final balance owing. At distribution you will also receive parade meeting time and location.
Please click on register. There you will be able to view all costumes and optional upgrades including pricing. You will also be able to view pictures and the size chart. We suggest using a measuring tape to ensure accurate sizing.
What is the return policy?
There are no refunds or exchanges. If costume is not paid in full by August 1, 2018 and picked up on distribution then the costume will be deemed abandoned. To avoid this please speak to section leader to make arrangements.
What payment options are available?
Visa, Mastercard, debit and cash are accepted in the mas camp. Note: American dollar cash payments will be converted at a rate of 1:1. For example $1 USD = $1 CAD.
Online payments by credit card or paypal on the website are in full.
Minimum 50% deposit can be paid via Paypal direct payments or Etransfer. Please send these to info@vipcarnival.com and put password as “carnival2018”. Then you can either call or send us an email with your costume selection. Note: American dollar Paypal payments will be converted at a rate of 1:1. For example $1 USD = $1 CAD.
Canadian dollar Paypal payments are subject to a 10% administration fee. To avoid this administration fee please select send to a friend on the PayPal website.
An invoice will be emailed to you with your outstanding balance.

50% deposit at time of registration. Balance due prior to costume distribution.

We want you to have the best experience. Pre-registration guarantees your placement and costume level. Costumes are available in limited quantities.

Band launch takes place in April 7, 2018.
